Our client relied on a stubborn internal process based on paper and emails. We redesigned and digitized it from end to end.
The problem
Our client is part of a major group that manufactures custom medical products for patients. Its customers (doctors and clinics) regularly requested products, while the internal process for managing these orders was cumbersome and relied on paper and emails.
What we did
We studied and understood the process used to define, manufacture, and deliver each product to the customer. We redesigned the process and digitized it from end to end, using a web app and a private cloud.
The outcome
A fully digitalized, secure, and traceable B2B purchasing process for custom made medical materials.
