How we work

Serious solutions, without the drama.

This page is for the people who will verify us. This is how we design, build and operate software — and every choice we stand behind.

The loop

Discover, build, monitor.

A proven methodology, so the product does its job from day one.

01

Discover

We start with the job, not the budget: stakeholder discovery, user stories, a documented plan and honest estimates. You see the whole picture before the first stroke.

02

Build

Automated tests and continuous integration from day one, environments that mirror production. Progress is visible in real time — surprises stay in horror movies.

03

Monitor

After launch we stay: monitoring, alerts, backups, patching and incident readiness.

Technologies

A stack built for the long run.

No cargo cult here. Every tool below has earned its place on real projects.

Web & platforms

Next.js for full-stack or React front-ends with Node.JS frameworks/libraies and MySQL / MongoDB (MERN) . Our goto stack for web products.

  • Next.js
  • Vite
  • MongoDB
  • MySQL
  • Fastify
  • Express

Mobile

React Native + Expo for iOS and Android: one codebase, native feel, over-the-air updates and deploy tooling.

  • React Native
  • Expo
  • iOS
  • Android

AI & automation

Practical intelligence: retrieval-augmented generation over your own data, LLM-driven workflows, document processing.

  • RAG
  • LLMs
  • PostgreSQL
  • Turso

DevOps & cloud

AWS, Azure or GCP. Infrastructure as code, containers, CI/CD pipelines and rollouts you can roll back in seconds. Even on-premise.

  • Cloud
  • ProxmoxVE
  • Docker
  • PaaS
  • S3

Events & caching

KV DBs for caching and queues, Kafka or Pulsar for event streaming when systems must talk at scale — decoupled, replayable, observable.

  • Redis
  • Kafka
  • Pulsar

Quality & security

Unit testing, E2E, integration testing, backup and contingency plans. You name it, we take care of it. Quality and security is baked in from day one.

  • Jest
  • Maestro
  • Playwright
  • AWS Glacier

Architecture notes

When to split, when to keep it together.

The honest bits about how we shape systems — useful whether you are buying or building.

01

Modular monolith first

Most systems start as a modular monolith: clear boundaries inside a single deployable. It ships fast, costs little to operate and is easy to reason about. We split into services only when a real boundary — team, capacity or failure isolation — asks for it.

02

Events when the coupling hurts

Kafka is not decoration. We introduce event streaming when parts of the system must evolve independently or survive failures without cascading. Queues absorb bursts, caches protect hot paths, every stream stays replayable.

03

Migrate, don't rewrite

We have brought monoliths to microservices without freezing the business: strangling the old system one capability at a time, measuring latency and error rates at every step.

Engagement

Three ways to work with us.

The same standard, wrapped in the format your situation calls for.

01

Project

A defined scope, a fixed budget, a deadline. Best when the destination is clear and you want to know the price before we start.

02

Embedded team

We join your process and your roadmap. Your priorities, our craftsmanship.

03

Partnership

We build, operate and improve your product continuously — SLAs, roadmap support, priority assistance.

Bring us the hard questions.

Architecture choices, migrations, MVPs — we'll tell you what we would do and why, honestly.
